help ms wont work

Ok i was downloading patch and i was stuck then i try repatching but ms wont start up. I waited another 1hr redownloading ms and then when its done i click and wont work please help..

The same thing happened to me what i did was went to control panel go to windows firewall and check MapleStory if its not there go to add programs and find it. Don't know if it will work for you i remembered having the same problem and it worked.
