I want an apology.

Yep, I want an apology for the mod that suspended me for 2 days for breaking rule number one. First off I didn't break rule number 1, which is defined here: Attacks on users or moderators, or comments made to incite an argument are not allowed. There is a difference between criticizing someone's ideas or actions, and outright attacking them. If you are caught using overly harsh or threatening language in comments or PMs, you will be jailed. If someone is attacking or provoking you, report the comment or PM and we will deal with it as soon as possible. Sorry let me be clear of what exactly went down. A fellow basiler wasn't happy with a threadstarters post and cursed up a storm. I censored it, or so thought to respond it was unnecessary to overheat like that. I missed one where it implied the eff word. I was suspended for not censoring the quote for 2 days. I was left with a snarky mod message "Don't quote, report it". Well I over looked one word that implied the eff word and you ban me two days for it? If you want me to censor the site, make me a moderator, I'll gladly do it, otherwise it's not my job. It's your job, and to be suspended two days for someone elses blatant disregard to the rules. My response was short and sweet, nothing negative at all. So I want an apology for the irresponsible mod who suspended me over a rule I never broke, besides maybe cursing by not censoring one overlooked word by the filter system. People make mistakes, and something as small as that, it's just unjustified.

I 'read/signed' saying I read the rules and understood them. Sorry but "quoting" isn't even a word in the rules. There was no insult in the post I might add, it was just an adjective on how difficult something was.

I love how promptly the Mod responded, and virtually made your entire thread pointless. *Edit* At above, it may not be in the rules, but it appears every time you quote somebody. Rule #1 is the categorey it would fall under. You got banned, and it's over. Rejoice.

bromguardian : Sorry bro, but you just got shut down. Actually legally, considering I read the rules and signed saying I read the 'present' rulebook, I did not break any rules, let alone rule number one. Therefore I shut him down. Still waiting on an apology.

I got suspended a week ago for responding to someone who was attacking me. I reported that user so I essentially suspended myself. What, am I not allowed to defend myself? It's ridiculous.
