Getting rid of pimples?

I have been getting few pimples on my face, but they are still bothering me, and i can't help but touch them. I tried using Clearasil but it dries my skin out. Anyone have any suggestions for Face wash that is cheap in price, but works well and i can buy at like target or Walgreen's or w/e? Thanks

I use clearasil every night...but really I think it was my lifestyle change that got rid of my pimples.

Drink water, wash face with tea tree oil and use a non-alcoholic toner.

The white kind of toothpaste works alot better then the gel kind (the blue,greenish kind) edit: typo~
