I see these two new items in the new catigori and i thought "wow that looks cool... ^^' but i cant manage to find where i can get one.... So i was just wandering does anybody know how to get these? (i saw someone with one of these in the dojo... :P)

You can get one from NLC, I seen the bar at bottom saying it.... Also what is the probability of getting 1? Someone told me they got it in 13 tickets. I wanna go at it to get one on my bday.
