NX over mobile phone credit help

Hey guys, I just got some credit for my phone so id thought id be a cool guy a piss it all away on nx. Ok so i got $30 and i want $10 nx. Since im in australia the money is different so id be paying $12.50ish for $10 plus theres fees for using the mobile phone credit thing blah blah blah. When i try to complete it, it says that the transaction is over $15 cant do it in your selected area or something like that, is there any way that i could use my mobile phone credit to get nx (like transfer it to paypal or something and then do the transaction) or not. Help would be appreciated

if you go into pay by cash and then theres one on the list. But it wont work for me
