Funding A Low Dex Sin.

So I have been a lot of jobs lately and all of them seemed okay the one that i really enjoyed was a sin so i was thinking. would 130mil fund a low-dex sin? well first i got a 9 attack work glove 15 dex robe and a karmd zhelm and a 1 attack pac 4 slots(gonna fix that) would i be able to fund a decent one? and if i cant please suggest what jobs i should be i really like to know people's opinions (:

if you have that much mesos you should make a dexless in the beginning but from like 60+ start adding mad dex and become low dex (i made a dexless sin and its lvl 47atm with only 2mil think how much better off you'll be:P)
