Is the LB back with this Back to school (and I get summer break in 4 months, lol) event this year?

I logged into the game and saw that new quest by Cassandra which said "log in every day and receive special items", so I thought it may be the LB. Please think there are many ways to get into a conclusion before you try to flame.

The things you receive daily are letters, if you're lucky, ones that you can't find, as well as a buff lasting a half hour. xD When you spell either "Wizet", "Nexon", or "Maplestory, you get something. Apparently 'White Glove Scroll For Attack 100%" is among them. So may be the LB, but I've got no idea.
