Snipes Cooldown

Hey when MS did it's recent patch, did they actually change snipes cooldown to 4 seconds? Just wondering... o-o" P.S. LOL. I was trying to post this thread like 10minutes ago but basil wouldn't let me and I was wondering why.... Turned out that it was because I wasn't logged it. xD

yea a couple of patches ago but with server lag and player nubneess u can make that cool down a good 7-8 seconds
