Why do people do this?

First of all hello. =) I just wanted to know what you thought on this matter fellow basilers. Ok, so yesterday I was promoting my guild all around maple. I stop at the Ellina boat for Orbis on channel one to go to Ariant. So I am promoting my guild :"R> for Blah, blah+, Active Future Gpq Guild and Guild events" So I do this like 3 times then, as I am about to stop because no one there is or seems interested this guys puts "ur gonna fail because..."(Something or another I did'nt really pay it anymind) So I go on about my life and mingle with the people and he says "I bet you don't even know how to GPQ" So this conversation goes like this: Me : I've Gpqed lots of times in the past Him: Mmhmm yeah i bet you dont even know what gpq is Me: Guild party quest... Him: I bet you died all the time you noob. Me: Yep Him: You're lying just only 71 you don't know what gpq is. Me:... I've been around since beta, so i think I would know Him: Lol beta? ok show me your mark of beta then on your main now. Me: Yeah sure, Im going to drop what Im doing and come all the way here just to show you. Him: Dude, show me now... Me: Wait, why are you so concerned with me? Stop Sucking me off and go on with your life... That ended the conversation and I just went back to my stuff. Anyway my question is why do people even say stuff just for the sake of arguement? I did nothing to that guy and he defames me and my Guild in front of all of the potential recruits. Short Version: I was Promoting my guild and some Ahole trys to call me out for no reason. I wanted to know what you think on why people do this?

Why people try to make an argument for no reason; well don't' bother trying to figure that out, they don't have a reason! ignore and walk away, just walk away and use the blacklist

Im not that sure of how the whole community thing works in Scania but Windia from what ive seen if just FULL of people who want to argue and complain about even the smallest of things. I geuss there isn't really anything we can do tho it is a childs game after all so alot of children play haha. There are a couple of possibilities why this person had done this: 1.He was bored and wanted to pass the time by trying to piss off a random guy. 2.His life is crap,he has no friends so he tries to act all ''kewl'' on an online game. 3.He is a complete moron. 4.2&3 5.He was in a bad mod this day. 6.He is a selfish and disgusting person. Well I can't think of anymore things =D

Dragon, Yeah that sounds like scaina pretty much. It doesnt bother me much anymore 4years of playing kinda hardens you to that crap. Cookie, I agree 100% and that was a great list =)
