Time Temple lag

Every time I enter Temple of Time, my laptop's overcome by an extreme lag. When I try to move, my character does nothing for like 10 seconds, then it suddenly takes off and the screen shakes up because it can't load fast enough. When I try to attack, even if I'm holding down the skill button, there's like a 20 second delay in between using skills. When I reduce the graphics, it just gets worse. I only have this issue on my Laptop, even though it's brand new and has a lot more free space than my Desktop. Does anyone know how to get rid of this problem?

other than buy a better laptop? well, first of all, you shouldnt be using a laptop for gaming, its never a good idea as compared to a desktop, secondly, close any process running in the background that doesnt need to be open/running (i sa running cause it may be on in the background and you dont know) if that doesnt work, try playing in windowed mode, or change the resolution, normally works for me

Maybe if you have things running other than Maple, you should turn them off. If that doesn't work, you can log a ticket to GMs to see if they have a resolution for the problem

You can always enter the temple on a desktop if you have one. Then relog on your laptop and train. EDIT: Oh, nvm. Buy a desktop, laptops aren't made for gaming.

I have a desktop, I just prefer not to use it. besides, It's a very strong, expensive laptop, and it's made for gaming. Secondly, I doubt I would have to switch computers only for a single map, because I have no troubles in any other places, I'm actually quite lag free. |

i had a similar problem, my computer gets extreme lag when i go into tt and if i hold down the > key, i keep walking seconds after i let go. i fixed it by buying a new graphic card. TT in gms is at the moment, the maps with the highest graphic requirement, so old computers with on board graphic cards may experince difficulty

This is why you should buy a laptop from ASUS.

omg. I've been using a desktop since 2005 and closest I've gotten to lag is for 8 seconds form switching form channel 1 to channel 8 when logging in.
