How to get into the puppeteer cave?

I don't get it right now.. I tried saying 'Francis is a genius Puppeteer!' but that didn't work... What do i have to do?

Are you sure you typed it exactly as it is? It's case sensitive.

That's exactly what i typed. It's ctrl-v. Also, do i need to do something first? It says I shouldn't go in there and I should go to neinheart.

You go to neinheart, she tells you the password. And then you go back. You cant just go straight to the cave.

U shud go to neinheart first then he'll tell u to go in the cave

Do the quests duh...they'll tell you when to go to the cave When the time comes, you click on the door and type in the password in the little box.

After you've completed all the quests from Sabitrama, Chrishrama, The Rememberer and talked to the Mysterious Statue, go to Neinheart. Then Neinheart will tell you to go to the Puppeteer Cave and when you press up on the cave, you'll be asked for the password and you type it there.
