Cannot charge Nexon Cash through Paypal. Please help.

Hi, I cannot charge Nexon Cash to my account due to "There was some error logging in, please log out and try again". As you can imagine i've done this several times. I receieve this error when I click on "Pay by Paypal" after clicking the amount the NX I wish to purchase. It is not my computer because I am able to charge cash on my other Maple Story accounts. I noticed this started happening after I changed the password for this particular account, so that could play a part in the problem, nonetheless it's a fault in Nexon's system. Has anyone had this problem before? Has any found a way to resolve it? Any input, advice and solutions are greatly appreciated, Cheers,

I get that too, and I logged a ticket. The answer I got surprised me...."your PayPal account has been used in fraudulent charges and has thereby been blocked for your own safety."

1-Check if your credit card info didnt expire(update it , it already happen to me) 2-You must use the same adresse as your maple account , example : your paypal adresse is idkwhereilive , and your maple account is mountain land you have to select mountain land Hope this help(and reply back if it work

Send an email explaining the issue to billingpp@nexon.net . I had that same issue with like 4 of my accounts. I guess they unblocked them or something. Also, email them on the account's email. My email ( Just for an idea ) went like: To whom it may concern: I'm unable to charge using PayPal, which is currently the only working method of getting Nexon Cash. I've charged Nexon Cash on this account occasionally, meaning the verification process has succeeded numerous times before. I don�t have access to Nexon Cash Cards because I live in Australia, and Pay By Cash does not work because they don�t accept Australian Dollars, because of 'The World Wide Banking Issue'. I've been a loyal Nexon customer for quite a long time and I'd appreciate some assistance with this issue. My Nexon account name is ___________________ Thank You.

My friend got that once and when he checked maple he got 90k nx... Dont know how this helps but you should try to check.
