Hello im wondering if window seven has any problems with maple. I am currently looking ofr a new laptop and i have the option of choosing Xp, Vista, or Seven. I will get Seven unless htere is a problem with it and maple then i will get Xp. Oh is there any other problems you have/heard of with Windows Seven?

If it doesn't work I suggest downloading a Virtual PC.

G.ho.st is NOT a virtual PC. NOT. It does not run its own operating system, cannot execute binaries to kernel, etc etc it just stores files as far as I know If you need to use a virtual pc look into Microsoft Virtual PC or Sun VirtualBox.

I have a evaluation copy of Windows 7 and I have a problem with Maplestory. I do not know if the official one will work, but I think it should because I hear many people are getting it to work.

I heard 7 is good because it was based on Windows XP and they got rid of a lot of glitches on that, so I'm thinking it should work, but I'd get XP :D

I've been using Windows 7 since Beta and it hasn't had ANY glitches for me. I've been playing under a dedicated Windows computer and dual booting on a Macbook. So far so good. There USED to be a problem with MS and explorer causing things like WLM and Chrome not loading properly but I haven't suffered from it since the last MS update. Take it for a spin ;)

haaheehehoo : How do u get xp...all the computers ive seen come with vista installed (when i went to a couple of stores last week) Get a XP installation disc with a valid key. If you planned on doing it, make sure you get all the necessary drivers for it ahead of time to save yourself a lot of trouble. Some computers will give you an option of downgrading as well. Also, there isn't really a need to get XP. Vista is a fine OS. Most people who has problems with it usually cause it on themselves, an hardware issue, or it's not properly maintain. I have yet to have problems with my current Vista or any other I'd build in the past. This goes for Maple-related stuff as well. The so-called glitch never happens to meh at Zak. Most likely most of the people who tried Win7 has the RC version, so it will improve. So don't judge it base on that one experience and usually the blame shouldn't be pointed at it anyways.
