Weird summon glitch, I guess

Okay, so today I went Wolf Spider hunting, mainly to get some equips (was hoping for an Ilbi xD) and to help a friend level. I was using Meteor most of the time, and was fooling around with Elquiness. I really like it, but at lvl 2 it lasts only 20 seconds, so I have to recast it very often. Anyway, at one point, I noticed something was off. I had 2 summons out at a time! :O They were both independent of one another (so not mirror images), they could both attack mobs (meaning that it wasn't client sided, it was server sided. Also, the guy who was there with me saw two of them following me as well) and one of them never disappeared - One did go away every 20 seconds, as it usually should be, but when I resummoned, the other one was still there. And it kept being there for almost more then an hour. o_o Eventually, I ran out of pots and died, which made both of them disappear and everything returned to normal. I mean, the WS map has always been glitchy, so it wouldn't surprise me if the map had something to do with it, but that was just so weird. And convenient. xD I'm just wondering if this ever happened to anyone else (with any of summon, god knows there's 5378905723 types out now). I mean, if we actually learned how to do that, it could totally be taken advantage of. XD Post your thoughts and experiences~

well, this would be classified as "abusing a glitch" and it IS bannable if the GMs found out :P but this is pretty badass xD

Cheezzydude : well, this would be classified as "abusing a glitch" and it IS bannable if the GMs found out :P but this is pretty badass xD Well, it's not like you can cancel summons. Not my fault it decided to stick around. xD

I'm pretty sure there was a screen shot of a bishops Bahumut thingy doing the same thing.

I'm happy you're happy. xD I still can't figure out how that happened, and I'm having second thoughts about it being server sided. (Even though they DID both attack and the guy with me there saw them too...)

Wow that's really cool :D. Guess it's not really useful in my case since Ifrit does nothing but agro mobs I'm walking past x] . But ah, 2 Elquines summons make a nasty combo >:D .
