yes, because TT uses a dmg formula with w.att, and lucky 7 uses one with luk, so dexless will hit more before lvl 120, but then you will need w.att to hit high, so normal dex will hit more.

Luk adds to your damage but it is not weapon attack. Therefore weapon attack is more of an advantage then luk.

L7 and TT have the same damage formula the reason it appears TT ruins dexless is not because its a different formula. As you get to higher levels it takes more stats (luk) to equal 1 point of damage meaning that the higher base attack of dex weapons will overshadow the extra luk a dexless using a skanda would have.

# of Luk to equal 1 wep attack = max combined Luk divided by max combined wep attack (not damage). Example: 500 luk and 60 weapon attack = 8.3 luk = 1 attack. 500 luk and 70 weapon attack = 7.1 luk = 1 attack. While Luk does still add more to your damage, and it's the preferred stat to increase for Thieves, Weapon Attack ALWAYS has priority. Dexless Thieves lack variety of weapons, and can only go so far with weapon attack, while those with the Dex to wear higher equips get more attack. There's two sides to it that can constantly go back and forth, but in the end, most Nightlords with Dex using Cravens/Sleeves/whatnot can usually outperform Dexless ones, due to what Rivella said in the first post.
