How to get to Masteria?

I need kind of a step by step of how to get to Masteria because I have no idea how to even get there. Then I need instructions to get to Phantom Forest and Crimsonwood. Please and Thank you.

Go to kerning. Into the subway thingy; Click on Bell. Buy a ticket. Click on the npc to the far right, it should be a thing to deposit your ticket in to get on the subway. Then, when you're there, go into the portal. Go to the far left, click on the taxi?

lol, there is no such place as masteria, and even if there was, it wouldnt lead to the phantom forest :D *stay away from my hunting ground* lol, nah, take the train from kerning to nlc, go left, and take the stretch humvee to the woods, then go right :D hopes i helps! :D
