I was just wondering if people do this pq anymore because I wanna try to level up and try it mostly because I want to get my hands on the Crimsonheart Cloak for my Blaze Wizard. I know Cygnus can't do that pq but I was wondering if that cape was tradable. This cape.

Its gonna cost you money to do the PQ unless you have a guild. Its pretty unlikely you'll find random people doing it. And yes you can still do the PQ.
