Anyone know if there's an acc calculator with the ellin pq monsters or how much acc a level 45 would need to hit them?

Er....I don't think so, but if you were like a bowman/gunslinger or any class with lots of dex you should be able to hit them.

In ellin...go to the top of helios tower and all the way right from ellin.
