For mages, we know they dont use accuracy to hit monsters. Does their m.att affect their accuracy to hit monsters? Int? Thanks.

Int does. Apparently Luk does too, but I don't think a Lukless would ever have accuracy problems unless you're trying to kill something way higher than you.
