Should a Dawn Warrior use a 1-Handed Sword or 2-Handed Sword

Thats funny. so many of these posts should be deleted since they are off topic. since i have a dawn warrior, hear my advice. get a 2-h sword cuz 1-h swords and shields cost too much. also 2-h swords do more dmg. thats why1-h sword users buy attack shields, but they are very expensive, with your money just use 2-h and hope for the best. 2handed will help out your damage greatly for the less funded. Your options best for 2nd class are: Pink Flower Tube (aka noob tube) for level 30-50 Japanese Map (fast weapon speed, good damage+bonus stats) Afterwards, stick with it until maybe a Sparta and into Maple Soul Rohen. The only reason I see for going 1handed is for an attack shield. Or possibly a Maple Soul Singer/Maple Sword. It won't help your attack (since a super-scrolled one is too expensive), but the accuracy bonus might appeal to you. The speed factor is nullified by the pink tube and jap map. I realized he didn't say what lvl he is. >.<

Arias : xD, I use a 1-handed sword with a regular shield. I just prefer one-handed swords, and like the look of shields. I'm not too concerned about damage. You my friend are a Sword Saint. The Warrior forum is infested by a fetish that 1H swords must go with Atk. Shields. Need I remind you guys that there existed a time before such things as Shield for Attack Scrolls and that people still used 1H Swords? Owning an Attack Shield doesn't make you a good 1H user.

Assuming the Jap Map is a Fast 4 and your Lion Heart is a Normal 6... You would need a sword with approximately 119.79% more attack to just keep up with him. That's a 98.2 Atk sword right there.

LoL i would also like to say that this has also helped me decide on what to use since i don't have much funding for my dawn warrior and also i would like to know how much a japanese map might cost me and whether or not i would have enough att by simply 100%ing it since i can't afford to spend 1mil per scroll on 60%s

A clean 70 att jap map is equal to a 80.5 red katana (if there are ones low enough to have that att clean). An 85 jap map is equal to a 97 red katana, not to mention the difference in price, where jap maps would be alot more expensive for sure.

Yea, u actully need 1 luk for every 4 INT u get, so u can wisely get the lucky hits LUK helps to avoid monsters and makes the drops better also get some LUK gloves and use 3H sword not spear
