You have to turn them in by 5's and turn it in 20 times, which makes it 100 lol. There is no special option so just watch it when you get the titanium so you dont accidentally throw it away.

How do you scroll that thing? Do you have to do Today's quest and get 50 questions right from cassandra?

You do "Today's mission" quest everyday (It's random so you won't always get the 50 questions right from cassandra one). After finishing it you get a box you then open it to get random stuff, sometimes an Agent Chaos scroll will come out and you scroll it with that.
