How does it work ? I am lvl 87 Priest, and still lvl 1 Makerskill. , thank you

do the next quest it gives, at your lvl you can only get to lvl 2 maker

You need to make one Intermediate Monster Crystal 1 from a level 71-80 monster to get Skill level 2 when the Second Round of Training Quest is available from Meren. I suggest getting the ETC drops from Hankies in Leafre.

clintyip : do the next quest it gives, at your lvl you can only get to lvl 2 maker this, you have to bring him a lvl 71-80 monster crystal, but he might reject it several times.
