i made a wind archer and now i got bored of it and want to make another CK but it wont let me can anyone tell me how?

I don't think you can have more than one linked to a character; you'll have to make another regular character and level it past 20.

you nned another lvl20 adventurer. and also another char slot(they gave most ppl 1 free slot, the rest you have to buy from the CS)

Delete 2 characters or if you already have a lvl20+ delete one and make a Cygnus for it. This or make a new account.

Delete your CK, buy a Character Slot and use another Character to make your second Cygnus, Get another account to 20, Wait for Character Creation Method with Cygnus impemented, etc.

EzraAintDead : do i make one like i would by clicking create new character? Not the "regular" Make New Character place, you have to go to Ereve and talk to umm... by the Big Bird, and make a new CK there.

if you deleted your previous cygnus knight, you have to go back to ereve and talk to shinsoo
