when do most people cap str for slingers? I want to use a reverse as endgame

I've got 75 base STR, and I'm using the reverse gun, it really only depends on your funding o-o

Im kind of funded. My STR is capped at 79 because of my budget. I don't plan on ending with a reverse wepeon. I think i'll just mass scroll Concertos until i scroll a 90+ atk one. =)

I'm capped at 81, and have 120 str total.
