BobRGo to the "Weapons Shop" in Magatia and talk to Meron, one of the NPCs there. The Weapons Shop is way toward the LEFT end of the town, near where Phyllia and daughter are standing. Meron will give you the quests needed to get the Maker Skill.

take the ship from orbis to ariant.. then find the camel cab in ariant and take that to magatia

DOIDINKOthere are a whole buncha threads like this online and alot more with answers magatia is in the the map of Ariant. Take a ship to Orbis, then a ship to ariant, then look at your world map and walk/camel taxi there. google for the rest
