I made a new account because my 88 Hermit had been hacked and the GMs said I have to verify that I am the owner of the account with the birth date. I verified it and they never replied to me. So I made a new account to play in the mean time and I got free NX from the new joiners thing and while I am HPQing I get a notice saying that I am banned by "GM Police" for the "Hacking Reason" then I D/C and to my suprise the my temporary ban is over on the same day as my free NX expires. Great job Nexon good thinking make the new joiners think your good by giving free NX and banning them so they have to buy NX for your crappy items.

Don't say it is for all new joiners... From what I understand it is only you. And I doubt you can managed a multi-million dollar company and trying to help every single person with their problems. Oh how sad that you got banned, just suck it up and wait until they respond. It's not like they respond on the spot... Come up with a more original title

My 88 hermit got hacked and then it got banned and i sent GMs an email and they said i had to confirm that the account is mine and then i did and they replied that they talked to whoever it was that was playing on my account and that he had said it was his WTF i thought maple tip said GMs wont contact you.
