Well I have an I/L mage thats level 79. We all probably know that hell levels are level 70-75 because IS isn't good enough for use yet. But here's my question. After level 75, what now? I mean, I know where to train but I think I'm doing something wrong. I get like 15% per hour at red kents and like 17% per hour at WS. I navigate like everyone else who trains there, yet I can't seem to get as much as everyone else. They all say they got like 25% at kents. Now I've made this thread to help out a bit. So, first participate in the poll below. Then write where you train and if you have time, how you train there [technique]. FYI, i'm a normal luk mage--capped at like 75luk

A bit off topic, but I got 13~18% per hour from lvl 87-90 at slimies with my I/L

Huh o_o I used to get like 25%+ an hour for sure (might have even been over 30%) at kents at those levels. You're doing something wrong for sure... Did you max IS first? Oh and it could depend on your equips too, with an elewand 3 for example, you'd kill kents a lott faster xD

Well I do it like everyone else. I start low, fight my way to the end of the map ->. Then go up and fight my way to the end of the map <- Well I AM a luk mage cus I capped at 75 and I don't hit 3k yet with my IS like all you elewanders or lukless Idk what I could be doing wrong

I got around 35-40% an hour on 1x at those levels.

Once you start hitting 3k+ every single hit you can 'walk with the kents' to the other side which levels you whhay fast lol. From level 77 to level 86 my exp per hour started at like 30-35% per hour but once i hit 79 it when up to around 40-45% per hour. now at level 86 i get around 55% per hour and i am luckless without an elemental wand 3. all these exp rates were with the spirit pendant on 30% and on 1x exp. Edit: once you hit 83 or 84 depnedning on your build, your exp/hour jumps around 5% thanks to booster and it saves you money

abakre2 : how?....for me, i hit 3k just a little but its mostly 2.8k and 2.7k and I cant walk the kents... KB for kents is 3k dmg. so when you consistantly do 3k dmg they stay frozen but move in the direction you are facing. to take a step or two every other cast... hence 'walking with the mob'

Thats almost 1 percent per minute...I'm getting like 1% every 2-2.5 mins...I get .06% a kill meaning ill need 17 kills to get JUST over a percent. Since all mobs are of 6, u can kill 3 mobs in a minute? 3 mobs isnt hard to kill in a minute however gathering the mobs takes more time And to cain, I know what it means I just dont understand how u get soo much more exp while "walking" them

Its not so much as more exp but less dmg taken from them. but that is something a lvl 70 I/L learns from lvl 1 IS. If he is low luk, and can consistantly do 3.5k-4k dmg then I can see how he gets that much from kents.... although, if he does that much dmg, I don't see why he isnt at Firebrands...

The top platform is more of a mob controller, and rarely has more than 4 clumped together. I used to go back and forwards 3 times before moving to the top. x]
