2x exp events unmotivates me to train :P

I tried taking use of the 2x exp event last time, and it was just terrible. Probably had a lot to do with those morons that get paid though. :P I decided to go to WR half an hour early and claim a part of a map. I found a map with a hermit and dawn warrior. The sin happily let me in, the dawn warrior was too badass to talk to me at all. So being the gangster he was, he just felt like taking the whole map, disregarding the other two of us here. I even asked him nicely to just stick to one general part of the map, but of course I wasn't worth replying to. So I had to start rotating around the map as he did, which hardly helped. And then 2x started. Eventually telling everyone "ch is full, sorry" just can't hold everyone back, and I understand that. So eventually it was more like 6 people in the map. At least one of them only focused on stormbreakers. So I couldn't take it after the first hour. I went in 30 minutes early, and by 6pm, I went from 70% to 0% (leveled up). Totally not worth it, but whatever. And that GM event, totally idiotic. Channel 1 Henesys was unbearable. I couldn't pot myself, attack successfully, or even change channels. I had to alt+f4 just to get to another channel. I swear, being a GM has to be the easiest job ever. Doesn't take much talent to say "Oh, it's hot. I wonder where I am!". Now I don't even want to log on, because then I'd try to train, and just get in a bad mood with all the ksing and whatnot. I'm sure the GMs contributed most of my hate towards exp events now, but I still don't feel like training my chief bandit during 2x. And there's my vent. Just had to let it out :P.

Another decent place to train would be squids. WR will always be crowded during 2x exp events.

2x exp event doesn't feel like it's that big of a deal nowadays for some reason. I'd love to train on my priest, but I need to do MPQ for Horus' Eye... and MPQ is impossible at the current moment with the rampant hackers. And I do agree that GM events are just dumb. Especially when you think about how many people play this game. Throw them all into one map on ch. 1 for every server is just ridiculous. I will applaud Nexon for secretly performing stress test in the form of GM events just to check how long the SC should be fore the week. ;D

Fact: x2 EXP training at a popular spot generally yields the same EXP during 1x.

So I can't like get 2x whenever I want, and I come home from tennis just as 2x begins, which I USED to like. And I don't PQ anymore, and I don't plan to MPQ anytime soon (which the hackers and stuff). I'm not exactly great with finding training maps, so Windraiders is my main exp, and now it's just...ugh. I still can't believe that morons like TiaraWindia get paid to say stuff like "Hmm it's cloudy, where could I be?". They just make the game so much worse. And WHY DO IT DURING A 2X EVENT, when more people are logged in already? They're so dumb in my opinion.. @Above, umm no. Me and a hermit I talked to actually agreed that we'd rather be on 1x conditions, since that 2x event was WORSE than normal 1x.

yea thats why i never ever ever train during 2x. u could just chill with buddies/guildees or do quests during 2x. its a lot more funl than finding a map and grinding with mad lag.

Sometimes I train my nooby pirate, lvl 36 brawler. Less ksing when you're lower leveled. Except for that one time...

I can't even play maple anymore without D/Cing because of lag. And it's not that a lot of people are on, that new patch is just stupid. At least you could train ._.

5 minutes into my 2x a dexless sin(no hate, he was seriously dexless) came into crossroads and stole the channel, therefore ending my ability for good training because every other channel was taken. That map is not built for 2 people.
