Thought Nexon Couldnt Get Lower?

Lately I have been thinking Nexons been doing well with getting rid of hacking sites and things like that. That is now over. I thought it was bad enough they were banning legit people because of "Bad Behavior" and "Illegal Mesos". Along with the Pink Bean Ban that happened in Windia. Today i browsing and decided to look up some information about Nexon. I was browsing through bad reviews of Nexon.That did not surprise me. Nexon is known for its bad customer service. Nexon is not only horrible to the people that play their game.But also horrible to people that dont even know they exist. Harun : Nexon is a peice of crap, true. but the game is fun. Therefor there is a difference between playing the game and having a proper service. It's like playing a sport, you're having oodles of fun and then you break your arm and your insurance company says **** you and doesent pay up. very unfair. SO PEOPLE WHO ARE LIKE "IF YOU DON LIEK NEXON DON PLAY MS LOLOLOLOL" suck a big one. My hero. Exactly what I wanted to say. Suck a big one INDEED. Nexom RUNS the game; Wizet created it. I love the game Wizet created for us, just like everyone else who has complaints about Nexon. How completely brainless do you have to be to go around telling ppl to stop playing the game if you don't like nexon? Screw you. The game itself is fun and those of us who have problems with nexon stick with it because its still a fun game at its core. Who are you to tell us to quit because nexon america is screwing a few things up? Kudos to you, Wizet, for making a game so fun, I still want to play it even if Nexon makes it FUBAR with its subpar customer service, god awful nx-only advantages, and random-ass scare tactic bans.

hiroshiazn : It's pretty hard to imagine 20+ legit players "hacking" Pink Bean. I don't know about you but they do lack a definite amount of customer service, whether or not they can ban for no reason. You do know that if even 1 of them had hacks on the whole party could get banned right? Because partying with a hacker can get you banned whether you know this or not.

Nexon pretty much sucks. They banned me like 2 years ago, just cause I bought over 50k nx in one night :.. -Sigh-

I honestly can't complain because Nexon never did anything bad to me personally. When I logged a ticket or something, the problem was fixed within a matter of days. So I don't know about the rest of you guys =/

zachu95 : Be quiet. I don't think that Nexon's customer service is THAT bad. It could use some improvement, but most of responses sent to you are in accordance with company policy. So when Nexon doesn't return this or that, and when they don't unban you its not their customer service agents that don't do it. Investigating takes time so when Nexon takes a month to return your ticket along with over 100, 000 other tickets logged EACH DAY, they have carefully investigated the issue and you should be happy. You said "Like that one time", so you were talking about Nexon's customer service. What does people being blocked because a version of MS has come out for their reason have to do with customer service. Oh, and that WAS fixed. If your account was created before a certain date for EuropeMS you can still play GMS. Hong KongMS merged with TaiwanMS and TaiwanMS is much older so I can't use that in my argument. Nexon is the best gaming company in the world. Look at how the number of hackers has dropped, look at how Mabinogi has become less NX Cash dependent, look at everything. Nexon America is trying so hard for us and I don't understand why people can't see that. Yes it is that bad look at the amount of complains first please, they had an F for a LONG time on the BBB, not to mention lots of controversy about nexon charging people 60$ to people who don't know what the hell nexon is.

My guess is that the people whose paypal accounts got charged without them even knowing what Nexon is either had their paypal hacked or their own kids did it.
