Does anyone have one, or know where to get one? There are apparently about 3 in Khaini, and I've seen one. It is basically a level 0 cape, I believe it gives no stats, and it is just a wooden stick resting on the users back, with 2 buckets on each end. Someone on [opposite of North][you know the word] said that they got one from Gachapon, but did not specify which one. I believe the current offer for it right now in Khaini is 500m. Anyways, just wondering where you could get it. Thanks.
