My misconduct ban. What do you think?

Ok so I was banned for misconduct when everyone else was, but then today I got banned again for misconduct. It may have been for saying "I'm BACK FOOLS AFTER MY MISCONDUCT BAN! WASSUP NI_GUHS! SWAG" (without the _) on a smega but still, that shouldn't get me banned since it isn't censored out. Am I right or am I right? So anyways I logged a ticket to nexon saying- Tilly : I believe I was wrongfully banned, this time I'm for sure. I'm pretty sure you banned me for saying "ni_guh" on a smega, but I don't understand how that is a bad word or deserves a ban. One reason is because it's not censored out by Nexon, so it is not a bad word. Another reason is because all my friends let me call them it and they call each other it and don't get offended. Please consider removing my ban. Thanks, TillionKid4 Do you think that is a good enough reason to ban me?
