Delay Lag,What's The Cause?

So. I Couldn't Find a Solution on other Threads Really,So i'm gonna Start a Thread Myself. I've been Experiencing This Really Annoying Lag. So At First you Attack and Notice The monsters stay at one spot,So you keep attacking as anyone else around you does and still talks to you. You Notice you can't type in ''All'' Well you can,But it will not show up,You can type in buddy chat,But no one will reply. THEN you Notice You can't pot and Don't receive damage At all,And after you cast a buff,You can't attack anymore Either. Eventually,It will take a few Minutes untill you Disconnect,And you have to wait,Because MS Tells you that you're Either still on, Or that there is a Server Check. This Happens only When in an Area With Monsters,Not in Towns,Which to me,Makes no sense. I've Tried Resetting My Modem,Putting the Graphics on Worst,And it Worked. I THOUGHT. Untill an hour later it happened again,and (EXACTLY AN HOUR!) later it happened again,and after that,It will happen even more often. As You can see This is Getting on my nerves pretty much. Does Anyone have a Solution? I'm Running MS On Windows XP,Not on Vista so it can't be that. It Never happened before v0.72. Thank You In Advance. Salute. - Furygan

Yeahh , i don`t think you can do anything about it , it`s happening to almost everyone cuz of the full servers . Since the patch , Cygnus knights came out , so the servers have been WAY more full . The only thing we can do is wait it out . It`s not your computer , it`s the MS servers .

Happens to me too. I'm sure it'll disappear eventually. Oh and do you realize you capitalize the first letter of some words in the middle of sentences? Haha, i thought that was funny.

Do You Love Capitalizing Everything? Anyways, it's not Nexon's fault, it's probably your internet connection. The most likely cause of you still being logged on is because you're lagging, and it kicked you out, while the server still thinks you're online. Just get a better connection or something.

same is happening to me, and my computer is a beast. So it is just because (as said above) the servers have more capicity then normal. At around 11pm PST the servers unload and the lag disappears for another day. See even lag has to sleep to.

Uh I think you guys have sucky internet. I have like 2 gigs of ram on this comp and a decent internet connection, no lag in windia. :

i have 4 gigs of ram and a direct connection, I have never had problems like this before, also remember windia isnt as popular as some of the other servers.

Probably cause of the explosion of people joining cause of the cygnus event. For me, it only lags really badly in the afternoon.

Cos your in a populated server. You should see Scania at peak times...
