Where should I train?

I am a level 71 Ice/Lightning Mage. I have horribly messed up stats! (16 Str, 11 Dex) and (6 Magic Guard). I know I know I'm stupid :P Im going to fix those stats with Nx later on. Can anyone help on where I should train? I think I should stay at Mp3 but those Damn Ck's hitting 2k at level 50 Being Rude and trying to take the whole map. So Basically The Question is Should I stay at Mp3 or Not? (If Not Give Me Some Good Places Where I can Train!)

You should be Magatia PQ since if you have maxed tele they need you mp3 to low for you i think

Don't MPQ until later. It'll be a waste of your time. The glitchers will make you quit the pq before it's over. Stay at MP3 for now.
