is mp3 the only way to get from 70-75? i have: Max tele Max Cold Max Thunderbolt 7 SP in Strike 1 in slow

I was struggling to find a place too, and the only place I found okay was V/Hoodoos. But, someone suggested cold beaming birks, and once ice strike is level 10 (level 73), you can use it on them, and also suggested ice striking on the stairs hitting both platforms in the ghost ships, giving around 15%/hr.

i trained at hoodoo voodoo for a few and i also trained at mp3 with a priest, i would really reccomend mp3 with a priest that has at least nubby hs, have them go around the map while you spam ice strike on top of the van thing

Try MaPQ! I used that to get out of hell levels. 18%/hr MaPQ > 12%/hr mp3 training.
