The desctiption that the internet caf� gives in game is that it's for people in an internet caf� to go to a special map. Don't ask me why, I don't know. xD

its only accessible via an Internet Cafe, meaning u need to be at an Internet Cafe playing MS to get in there...its where u can buy OJ, Grape Juice, Dried squid, etc that u normally cant buy and i think there are some maps where there are monsters...idk which monsters...

If an internet cafe has an agreement with nexon you can go to that npc in kerning and go into the kerning cafe. Its basically just monsters with lower amount of hp that give more hp than regular monsters. As far as i know no internet cafe has that type of agreement with nexon
