China vs. USA, where to study best?

china: easy to fund, language problem(for only 1-2yrs), have alot of relative, pretty good with medicine and IT courses USA: hard to fund(throughout my yrs in university), no language problem, barely any relative, also good for studying medicine and IT courses Canada: same as USA+very very very cold basically, if i go to china i would have problems with the language, but over the yrs, i can learn it, which a advantage for me, but yet my aunt and uncle wants me to go to USA just like any other kids, i dont understand why so much ppl go there to study...seriously... edit:why ppl are saying that canada is more expensive comparing to usa now? 0_0, and seriously, im studying for 7yrs(medicine) and more, for 7yrs, thats tough luck if i can get that money with ease@@@@, comparing to china, which is easy money to pay.. edit: is it possible for me to go study in china for few yrs then go and finish studying in USA? since that helps my finance alot

Also, if I'm not mistaken, to get a job in another country, you might have to re-take some courses. Not sure.

I would suggest you take courses in USA since they are regarded higher than Canadian or Chinese universities. However, if money is a bit tight, go for Canadian. If I'm not mistaken they are a bit cheaper in terms of education but are still one of the higher ranked education facilities. If you go for Chinese education, there is no guarantee that you won't need to retake those courses. However, its your choice.

But from a pool of 180 students, only 7 or 8 graduate and move on to something they wanted to do. In the U.S there is a larger pool with a larger amount of students graduating on to succeed in something they were planning to do. If you want to attend a university with more prestige and recognition around the world, the U.S is the best place to study. If you want to attend a university that has a high acceptance rate but a low graduating rate, try Canada.

My friend is also in this type of situation. He later decided to stay in China and learn for a few years then come to the U.S. to learn for a few years and then go back to China to work. He says that a degree from a American University is more respected then a degree form a University in China.
