Why do girls like Cob?

"cob" as in the metal band Children of Bodom. I noticed that there are more girl fans then guys? Weird? Cob is prolly the oppsite from the jonas brothers so can some1 plz explain why girls like cob so much or they are just pretending cuz no girls like metal.
