Yea don't ask me how I got it idk i downloaded avast to try and get rid of it but it keeps appearing all it's doing is making these ads and weird sites pop out and I occasionally hear like a video in the background playing but no site is open I want to delete it permanently can any one help please

there's lots of clicking too it's soo annoying i dont really want to format it bcuz it's a family computer with all of our pictures and microsoft word.. if i format it i wont have microsoft word again...

boot in safe mode then run windows defender and ur anti virus program

Get AVG, Avast, Malwarebytes anti-malware, and superantispyware. Update all of them. Then boot in safe mode and scan away

Wow I had that a few days ago. I just ran Malware Bytes everyday and sometimes it told me to reboot after the scan. Do it immediately and it should solve it!

Frontier : Get AVG, Avast, Malwarebytes anti-malware, and superantispyware. Update all of them. Then boot in safe mode and scan away Bad idea. 2 AV's at once running scans will probably cause a BSOD, I'm quite sure it will. Also, AVg isn't very good.
