I've already waited 3 years in front of my mailbox. I already have my school instruments, http://www.palmbeachmagicshop.com/images/MAGIC_KIT_FM510.jpg and im just waiting for the ******* owl. Please help me, is this any normal, or is it cause im half muggle.

Just keeping waiting, I'm sure it'll come soon. I've been waiting 7 years to get in, and I don't have any muggle in me. I think theres just a waiting list because there are so many young potential wizards around the world. Just keep your hopes up ^_^
