What's the social definition of "Having a life" nowadays? In relation to Maple at least

My co-worker does not have a facebook or any online profile structure webpage. . The only way to contact her is through her phone. She has a life.

COChaos : having at least one real life friend and going out of your house for a reason other than school at least once a week. I have 2 close friends (barring acquiantances) and I leave regularly for my job (kinko's) and school. I am currently jogging every morning 6 AM. Wheeee I have a life.

Apparently "having no life" means: Straight A's in school Reaching a certain(high) lvl in a game not leaving your room all day playing a video game constantly hours on end Etc, Etc. So "having a life" would be the opposite of these things, but that is complete BS...
