Why can I not use vicious hammer on my lunch box?

Well, I bought 2 hammers this morning, and I attempted to use them on my level 120 lunch box. What happens is that as soon as I place my lunch box into the hammer window, I disconnect. Can anyone help?

I'm sure it's a glitch, and to clarify I would log a ticket with Nexon if it's not they'll most likely tell you, if it is then they will probably fix it in the next SC.
