Yea, Where should I Gachapon with 10 Tickets... Im currently lvl 43 Blaze Wiz... With 100m I dont wanna risk it all....I wouldnt mind NLCing if I can convince myself that its not "Get it all or Lose it all" Can I get a quick P/C On White and Chaos Scrolls in Scania?

A better question is why do you have 10 tickets, and not 11? OT: Pick either shrine or NLC depending on how you feel at the time. lol. Seeing as you have 100m, you may wanna just go to NLC and try your luck.
