selling unkarma'd items?

On basil is the rule for selling karma scissors stuff that the seller has to karma them or the buyer? I have 2 luk 2 int glasses, but I can't get NX and have started anew in bellocan... therefore no mesos to get NX. I want to sell the glasses for fairly cheap if someone would gift me the scissors, but that's a trust issue. so what should i do?

Maybe you can work it out with a buyer, but Basil expects you to have it already Karma'd I would think.

the seller because technically, you are selling something untradable unless you karma it

suppose to be seller, but i hope mr. basil can add a 'will you provide SoK' option, b/c i can't, but i'd love to make money selling untradable quest items

Seller has to Karma. Or else they can't sell it.
