I was just wondering, if you lock a thread, it can still be found, right? So can you delete the entire thread so it can't be found anywhere, like not even on Google?

Locked threads stay but deleted ones are well.. deleted.

There are instances where you can view the cached version of the thread, even though it has been deleted.

You can see some deleted threads on google, but when you click on them, you'll be going nowhere except for the homepage.

You can find deleted threads via cache, or so I heard.

If a thread is locked, it'll stay until Mr. Basil's forum cleanup deletes it. If a thread is deleted, it's gone. Poof.
