Problem with charging NX Cash

For some reason, the website won't let me charge NX Cash via PayPal. My account info is correct, I did everything as I was supposed to, but when I click "Submit", this message appears: http://img14.imageshack.us/img14/5779/10541727.jpg (imageshack) Is the problem on my side or their side? Does it matter if this is the first time I've bought NX on this account? I'd appreciate any help.

You mean, with an email address? If so, then yes. (It's not the same email address that I used to create my Nexon account though.)

No with a home address. A Credit Card or Bank Account.

It may be your paypal billing adress ( where the bill comes). or it could be a problem on nexon's side.

Yes, but with one outside the US. I live in Europe, and we all know that Nexon has a grudge against us, for some reason. Do you think that might have something to do with it? And the same PayPal account was used successfully before on Ebay to make other purchases. EDIT: The address is the correct billing address. It's not the same address I put in when registering my account though, does that matter too?

You have to fill in the right address when your signing up a Paypal account. Such as State, correct address, towns....etc However if your using a prepay credit card, you have to contact Paypal .

Are you connected to more than one Internet? Try to connect to only one and close network applications, ex. AOL Dialer. o.o // I suggest you restart your computer and open no other programs than your browser and go to site and try buying. I had this problem and it fixed itself in a day if nothing else could make it.

The address on my PayPal account is the real, non fake, correct billing address, but it's not the same as the address I put in while registering a Nexon account. (It's still the same country, though, just a different town. :o) And I'm not using a prepaid card. Also, I'm not connected to more then one Internet. EDIT: I tried restarting and closing everything, but it didn't help. I guess I'll just wait a day or two and see what happens then. If anyone has a solution in the meantime, feel free to post. :D
