| You can only "Level Up" Timeless Items and I think Reverse Items, they level up as you train with them and add Status Effects and +Skill Points to certain skills (I THINK!, don't quote me on it ) Status as in: Slow Seal Curse Weaken etc. etc. Skill+ I think it's like.. increasing the skill by a level or just increasing hat it does, like Ele Wands. |
