Why it soooo hard for me to ascertain this item? I have been searching since level 40 and I am 69 now. Searching for it through the sea of spam in channel Ch. 1 and even trying to hunt for it has gotten me nowhere. Asking my whole buddy list and guild and *Poof* nothing still. Can any of you Windians help me?

Reach lvl70 and then make it (you need to be lvl70 to make lvl70~xx equips).

can someone explain the maker skill to me? you can make ANY item in the game? or what?

Reason this particular equip is hard to find is because the monster it comes from. Pretty much no one trains on them, so as a result there aren't many in the market. You can make any item relating to your class so long as you're within 5 (I think?) levels of it. So all pirate overalls, gloves, shoes, hats, guns and knuckles (doesn't matter if you're a brawler or slinger, you can make both). You simply need to collect the required items to make that specific equip, which will be listed when you select said equip from the drop down list. You also then have the option of throwing a graded jewel into the mix if you want, which can cause the item to come out with above average stats, but that's only optional.

I saw a number of red viska for 10m each. Overpriced, but they are there.
