I'm doing it all right and it still feels like crap EXP. I kill them one at a time in the sniping spot. Is there any other training spot beside newts? Because to be honest, newts worse than training at windraiders as a level 90 outlaw.

Its good exp u just get REALLY bored fast ;o if u have a good gun u can snipe 2 newties after u get a good freeze just stick with it

At lvl 90 you should be able to kill 2 newties by using Ice Splitter. O.o

Actually if you have high enough dmg output you should be able to continuously sniping at the same newtie behind the green plant with almost no waiting time for respawn. I find that sniping 2 newties is actually slower since you sometimes get hit by the first newtie right away when it respawns, and also using the method mentioned above requires no ice splitter, so newties can be killed faster=more exp.

Your stuck at kents or newties, if you havn't been adding to fire, your screwed and stuck at newties/kents. If you did, you can go to wraith of night, gobies, himes [tricky place, but some have pulled it off], samiho's, etc etc. You can also try Memory lane 1 [don't try hidden-street or maple-tipping it, both are outdated and don't have TT in them], its decent xp, i find it to be slightly better then sniping newties [i have no idea how ppl get 3x-4x%/hr there], im getting 23-24%/hr, but since your prolly better funded and higher lv, you'll prolly get better %/hr. I fail at grinding =/

That won't affect too much, since you will mostly be using cannon and torpedo at 4th job anyway.
