Okay so my friend.... was in the Mpq glitch. He explained to me how he wasnt the one hacking and that the other guy in the party was hacking. But he knows that even though it wasnt him, he was associating with the hacker which lead him to a permanent ban . He was wondering if nexon will reimburse his 12 k nx he had on the account?

According to their ToS, they do not give refunds to NX,etc. You don't own your old account, Nexon does, and they can do whatever the hell they want with it. They can also sue you for not hacking, and look on your computer into your personal files. Well, its in their ToS.
