I just got perm banned for no reason

I was training my dawn warrior in the zombie mini dungeon and BAM. I got perma banned out of nowhere. wtf?

He let a hacker in his mini dungeon and doesn't know why he was perma banned? Not everyone is retarded on Basil But, people do crap all the time that's against the rules and don't realize it then whine when they get banned. Inappropriate sexual jokes/innuendos, threatening to mass defame/KS someone, actually mass defame/KS someone, cussing, ect. And yes, mass defame/KS is bannable. Read the ToS

W8 this happened to my cuzin and he atl + F4 and re enter maple he was unbanned 0.o i think it was a glitch
